Reed Thomas Southern Creamery was born on a summer's day in 2017. After years of eating mediocre ice cream, I decided to start creating ice cream of my dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of TLC. Not to mention a funky interior design, great music and super hip atmosphere.

My name is Thomas, and making ice cream isn't just my job. It's my hobby, past-time and favorite obsession. For me, ice cream is an edible form of art, I want to bring to you one pint at a time.
